We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it is not right for you you can return items, within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Care Advice
Due to the delicate nature of the decoration please hand wash with a mild detergent and dry these carefully with a small soft cloth, holding the bowl of the glass, not the foot or stem, when you dry inside.
Shipping
We will endeavour to despatch all items, except Bespoke, within 14 days. Please allow 21 days for the despatch of personalised items. Your order will be despatched in its entirety, once all the items in the order are ready. Cost of shipping is calculated at check out.
